Shipping Policy

Every Sable Monarch piece is made to order in India and shipped directly to you. There are two stages between you placing the order and the parcel arriving: production (we cut, print or embroider, and finish the garment) and shipping (we hand the parcel to a courier partner who delivers it to your address).
Where We Ship
We currently ship anywhere in India that is serviceable by our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time; we plan to introduce it in the future.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders ₹5,000 and above. Anywhere in India. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add a separate shipping charge once the free-shipping threshold is met.
For orders under ₹5,000, courier-rate shipping is charged at cost, calculated from your delivery pincode and the parcel weight and confirmed with you at checkout.
Production Time
Production begins shortly after your payment is confirmed. Typical door-to-doorstep windows — production and delivery combined:
- DTF / DTG print orders: 6–7 days. DTG is still being refined, so it shares the DTF window for now.
- Embroidery orders: timing scales with the number of embroidered designs — each adds roughly 1–2 days. One design takes 7–8 days; two designs take 10–12 days; three or more take up to 15 days.
- Ethnic / atelier pieces: quoted and scheduled separately — anywhere from a few days up to around two months depending on the piece’s difficulty. We confirm the timeline with your quote.
Embroidery orders may also include an optional preview-and-confirm step; if so, the production clock pauses while we wait for your approval and resumes once you confirm.
Delivery Time
The windows above are door-to-doorstep — they already include the time the parcel spends with our courier partner, so there is no separate delivery leg to add on top.
Delays caused by weather, holidays, civic disruption, or courier-side issues are outside our control; we communicate proactively when we know about them.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email when your order ships, including the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the latest status under Account → Orders on the website.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and phone number before submitting payment. Once production starts, addresses can only be changed with significant difficulty and not at all once the parcel is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, please refer to Section 06 of our Refund Policy for next steps.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If a parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery if possible and email us immediately. If you discover damage after opening, photograph the parcel and the garment within 48 hours and contact us. For lost-in-transit parcels, we will open an investigation with the courier and ship a free replacement once the loss is confirmed.
